Email & Customer Support
5-10 hours a week $15/hr to start
Contract work only at this time. You are responsible for your own taxes. 

This job will be answering our emails through two accounts, and sorting them. Sorting which ones Erik and I or Nicole need to tend to and then answering the rest. The bulk of the emails are purchase related or hard copies orders that need to be made. The other emails might be program information that you can answer or send on to us if a deeper answer is needed.

You'll also be responsible for making hard copy orders with our publisher about once a week, more often as needed.

We have a high level of customer service and expect that emails be tended to regularly throughout each day.  Our desire is to be able to mute the email notifications on our phones for part of the day so we can better be in the creative space as visionaries. Your job would be to be on the front line for our customers.

We request that anyone applying for this job be kind in courteous in all their online dealings as you will be representing Waldorf Essentials and Seasons of Seven Virtual School.

Applicants must have a good working knowledge of our company and our products to be able to answer questions quickly. You must have a good working knowledge of our website and have a good relationship with technology. Applicants must be willing to help with some FB admin duties when needed.

There is a required weekly team meeting.

Other duties may include: 

• Weekly newsletter creation.
• Mining Waldorf FB groups for topics homeschoolers need.
• Sending out reminders for live calls and office hours.
• Invoicing payments
• Calling customers and families 

Our desire is that you take this job and make it yours. While we have systems in place we expect you will come up with your own and help us find ways to improve what we do. We expect that with the right person, this job will grow and we are seeking someone willing to be with us for a good while. This isn't a job for someone just looking for Christmas cash.
