Peaceful Foundations Coaches

Peaceful Foundations coaches must have a full working and practical knowledge of TFW and all parts of Waldorf Essentials. Coaches represent our brand and assist families in their homeschool journey. Our coaches should be continually striving in all areas that Melisa holds vital, namely:

Rhythm, including personal and family - always striving

Relationship, while nothing is perfect! It should be a work in progress

Temperament, inner work, connection to source

Coaches must agree to be trained in Melisa’s coaching method, Peaceful Foundations. The course for the method is still in development and you will help refine it as Melisa trains you. When you have completed the training you will be certified as a Peaceful Foundations coach and can use the training in your own business.

Coaches may be assigned as a support member for a specific grade range they are familiar with teaching. Many families enjoy being connected with other families working on the same lessons.

Coaches can make themselves available for coaching and are paid directly from the client at a rate to be determined. Coaches are also needed to help with office hours as well as Planning for Peace, with the intent of running office hours/P4P as needed. Office hours/P4P coaching will be paid at $40/hr.  Coaches are paid $40 an hour when THEY run office hours, not when they are helping in the comments of office hours.

Coaches can form TFW groups in their area. Coaches receive 50% of all bundles they sell to their local members.

We are also looking for a coach for Parents in SYNC. This coach must have an awesome marriage and a good relationship with their children. This coach is expected to run the Parents in SYNC office hours. Parents in SYNC Office hours coaching can be paid at $40/hr.

The addition of more coaches is to give personalized assistance to new families and we want our coaches to be willing to go the extra mile (remember when you were new) and guide families to achieve greatness in their schooling and relationships.
