Class One math introduces us to mathematics with Roman numerals, the quality of numbers, and the four processes. Who knew math could be so fun when you bring in stories with our gnomes friends to help us! This block includes:

Class Two

Class Two math introduces the concept of time from months, seasons, days, and clocks. The second block covers times tables, four processes review, number patterns, and an introduction to money. Waldorf Math brings these concepts in such a fun way!

This block includes:

Class Three

Class 3 Math begins with a review of math concepts learned in Classes One and Two. Then students get cooking with dry and liquid measurements making math delicious! Students then learn about new concepts covering perimeter, area, prime numbers, place value, carrying, and borrowing. While some of these concepts can be a bit tricky they are brought in a fun way with a visit from our gnome friends and magical jewels!

Class Four

This guide includes two mathematics blocks for Class Four complete with review content and practice problems. The major themes include: Class Three review, long multiplication and division, long division with remainders and fraction remainders, averaging, prime factoring, magic squares, basic fraction introduction, and a Class Four review. There are illustrations throughout and inspiration for your main lesson book pages as well as stories where appropriate. There are four pages of math problems to help you have practice content throughout the school year.
