As we all strive to be conscious and present, the forces and energies of this time seek to distract and pull us apart. We know that as the collective raises their energy, we will raise everyone. Join us for a short, worldwide meditation at NOON PACIFIC on September 29, 2020.
We will broadcast live on Facebook HERE and on Instagram HERE. We ask that you join us and share the live stream in your feed so we can bring this to even more families.
To prepare for yourself and your children, it would be helpful if you can bring to your consciousness a goal or thought that you would like to achieve during this time. Is there a dragon you need to cast off, tame, or simply walk away from? It helps tremendously to know what we are walking TO as we cast of the fear, the anger, the hopelessness and sadness and walk toward hope, faith, TRUST and love. For your children, having them visualize something that makes them happy is always a good and peaceful place for them.
The meditation will probably go 5-10 minutes since we are serving all ages. You can come back to it again and again as needed.
